Titanfall 2 is safe to play. This literally happened with valve games a year ago how are people buying into this. There is no proof at all and it's highly unlikely that your account or computer will ever be compromised by playing titanfall. If an issue as big as this had even the slightest chance of being real it would've been done a long time ago.

It has campaign with few important big battles, but you can read about it in 3-5 minutes. You don't have to, but playing Titanfall 1 just gives a good sense of the drawbacks and improvements of both games. I would say, play Titanfall 1 if you can (on PC if you don't have an X1) and then TF2.
